Ceremonies

The Hellenic Center can accommodate either an outdoor ceremony in the Sculpted Garden or in the facility at no additional charge.

Catering

The Hellenic Center is proud to be partnered with Vinwood Caterers of Ipswich MA. An Event Specialist from Vinwood Caterers will meet with you to assist in planning a menu as well as coordinating all of the details that will help make your event a memorable one. Please note Vinwood Caterers must be contracted for Friday and Saturday events. There is an approved list of caterers that may be contracted on all other days. Choice of caterers and special pricing is available for parishioners that are affiliated with The Hellenic Center.

Beverages

The Hellenic Center has a full liquor license. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought on to the premises with the exception of wine that may be served with dinner, and champagne for a toast. When planning your event, we will discuss with you the different beverage plans that are available. Bartenders are included in the package price.

Smoking

The Hellenic Center Mansion is a non-Smoking facility. Smoking is however allowed outside on the deck and grounds.

Accessibility

Access to The Hellenic Center is fully handicap accessible. The restrooms are partially handicap accessible.

Special Events

The Hellenic Center is an ideal setting for Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events, Christenings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Anniversaries, Reunions, and other Private Parties.

Other Vendors

The Hellenic Center has no restrictions on other vendors needed to host an event including Bands, DJ’s, Florists Cake Companies, etc...

Minimum Guest Counts

The Hellenic Center’s menu prices are based on a minimum of 100 guests.
